Victory does not come with a feeling or a sense of relief.
There is victory when we move in accordance with the Word of God. It is
tempting to crave a satisfaction that brings the reassurance of the flesh.
The Lord does not work that way. Nor does He fan the flames of walking by
sight. He wants us to obey.
Soldier of the Cross, Victory is accompanied by a vision of the Glory of God.
Victory is accompanied by a clean conscience.
Victory is accompanied by the revulsion of sin.
Over there, we will have eternal celebration over Victory.
