     The entire world is in agreement against the Truth.
     You are not to join that agreement.  You are to stand firm and make your agenda 
that of pleasing the One who died for you .
     The world thinks you must look better, be more financially secure, prepare for
a great retirement, have terrific vacations and be and do all the things that are the
antithesis of The Cross.
     Were you a great prize when the Lord picked you up and rescued you?  I certainly
was not.
     And now, I have been bought with a Price.  He wants to change me and 
reproduce His own nature in me.  
     Why is that?
     It is for my own good.
     He wants me to be gracious.  Merciful.  Displaying goodness.  
     He longs to free me from the chains of my own need for control and false balance.
He has offered me complete freedom and the privilege of His unbridled Presence if
I am willing to submit to a faith-walk.  That is, a complete leaning on Him instead of
always taking things into my own hands.
     Are you a Soldier?  Of The Cross?
     Do you want His blessing, or would you rather create your own?
     The way of the world is control.
     The way of The Cross is submission.
