When we pray,
we must remember "Faithful is He Who has called you into
fellowship with His Son. . ." Many times I hear Christians pray, and their prayers reflect that they have forgotten He is faithful. Yes, there is a persuasiveness the Holy Spirit brings when we pray, but we have One who is already waiting to hear and to act. He does not need to know all the facts, and He does not have to be talked into changing positions. Remember, like everything else in the Kingdom of Heaven, prayer is not a matter of how many horses a man has or the strength of his legs - it is a matter of praying according to the Word of God! |
