- You
can't go back, so you might as well go forward.
- Stop
comparing yourself to others and get alone with the Lord.
Forward does not mean assurance
of rocket propulsion, but it means one step. That is all.
You can't get started on
tomorrow's hours today, and you can't live several hours at the
same time. Time moves in a sequence.
- The
Lord doesn't move in the sequence of time, but our minds don't
grasp that, and that means that we can only know release because
of faith.
- When we
operate in the way that He said, having one moment followed by
another is freeing for the Christian.
You pray with one word at
a time, and you read one word at a time, and the believer's life
is lived one moment at a time.
Severely depression can come
from many things, and for most adults, depression did not begin
in adulthood. It is baggage carried all through life, and finally
it seems so heavy that the bearer cannot move.
But God is actually healing
you right now even though it may not feel like it. He
has given wisdom for the next hour and that is all you need.
