Day by Day, and with each passing
moment, Strength I find to meet my trials here. . . Another great song! I certainly find it to be true. One of the greatest errors taught in the church is that today I can find the strength to meet tomorrow's trials. Consequently, we have a weakened and spineless Church. Leaning on Him, living in Him, and resting on the Rock of Ages are all terms that mean I must exist in the spontaneity of the Holy Spirit. As soon as I attempt to spare my self tomorrow's faith adventure, I will walk by sight. It is not a small thing. I may not put off the learning of it. I must be willing today to wait and lean tomorrow. |
