Summer is whipping by!  Today was glorious here in Maine.  I have had a slew of horrendous court cases, so I had not noticed.  Finally when the millionth  grocery store bagger commented, I paid attention.  Sunny, about 63 and slightly breezy.

Summer seems to be the time when the courts erupt.  Last Friday I had two icky trials and sat in the courtroom from 8:30 until 3 before finally getting to try the first case.  Yesterday I had three trials.  Two family and one super interesting one on jurisdiction.  I love that jurisdiction stuff.

Not much going on in the music business this summer, but we are not bored.  We have two guest families staying here for a while and there are lots and lots of children!    Actually I fell over a bike in the dark Friday night and crunched a rib.  It's better, but it cramped my style with my wonderful trainer.

I've been an incredibly good girl with the food and haven't had a Cheeto in recent memory. (Sigh!)  Someone wrote for my new salad dressing recipe, but I can't remember who.  Ask me again?

We are going to Oregon on the 14th where I have three uncles.  I was born in Portland, b t never went back until recently.
