New Endangered Animal Shirt by The Mountain:

Dear Friend,

I am starting to catch up on the mountain of work that has been piling on my desk for months. By the time I leave for Columbus next week, I will be caught up for the first time in over three years! On top of the work, I have started teaching a series on the Life of the Apostle Paul and the Pauline Epistles. It is always tempting to put off the other work and just study.

It was pretty toasty today. Bill put in my air conditioner earlier this week, and I have had it cranked ever since. I still have not gotten any gardening in, but if I at least tell you about my plans, I don't feel so guilty.

I had an interesting trial last week. I prepared for about a billion hours. The client came from Texas and I shoveled all of my fancy trial notebooks into the car at 5 in the morning and drove to Dover Foxcroft Maine. When I got there at 8:20, the clerk told me that the 8:30 trial had been moved to Lincoln (I had no idea where that was) and I drove the 51 miles of back roads in just over 30 minutes! When we got there, the judge was wonderful. The absolute middle of nowhere! He had white bushy hair, a fat mustache and a white bushy beard. And big, bushy red eyebrows. I'm a redhead, so we got along quite well!

I am still dieting faithfully and working out with the world's best and probably meanest personal trainer. But, with my feet together, I can bend over and lay my hands flat on the ground. Have you tried it lately? I have never been able to do that, not even as a child. And, being a bassoonist, I have had horrible problems with my left thumb - it athletically covers nine keys on the bassoon. Because of the grueling and almost unbearable physical workouts, I have the full use of the thumb for the first time in twenty years - and, without pain.

Bill has a coupon for you and it will get you some kind of nice discount on each shirt: the code is PIG LIPS (my favorite expression)

Here is the new shirt called "Endangered":
