Incredible Manatee Shirt by The Mountain:

Today was turtleneck weather in Maine.  No kidding.  It was cold!  And I actually turned on my heater to burn off the chill.  Isn't variety the spice of life?

I have a diet report - well, maybe a body report?  I have just gone down another dress size, but no more weight loss yet.  My terrific little personal trainer (don't let the "little" part fool you) kicked me up a notch today and I am feeling it.  I've been eating well and doing all I am told.  I have to say, you sent me such a good salad dressing recipe that I can eat salads all day long.

Speaking of eating salads all day long,  I sure am missing Columbus!  Did you know the zoo there is the number one in the nation?   And they have manatees.  I noticed that all the manatees get is lettuce and they eat all the time.  They are mammals and have incredibly cute/ugly faces.  I could have spent hours and hours watching them.  There were lots of adults and one painfully cute baby.
