I am getting ready for Siberia. I turns out that I can only take 40 pounds, and as this last airplane episode is still shifting things, we will see what can actually go on the plane.

This year we had a smaller Christmas than usual. Often we have thirty or so people in for the day. This year we cut back a little. We had a Christmas Eve service at the church and the children did a terrific program. Then I came home and wrapped and wrapped and wrapped! This year, our oldest granddaughter is engaged to a terrific young man, and I just got his present in by the skin of my teeth!
I will leave for Siberia on January 4. If you have any fabulous books that our missionaries could use, please send them to me ASAP.
