2005-2006 Weekend rates (Friday
- Sunday & Holidays ) for the Bungalow with full kitchen use:
Rate is $30/hr for the first 6 hrs then $25.00/hr (4 hr minimum )
4 hour $120.00
5 hour $175.00
6 hour $180.00
8 hours $200.00 (any bookings beyond 8 hrs will be charged the full day rate)
Full Day (7AM till midnight).... - $350.00
Please note that Sunday rentals are available for booking
after 1 PM only.

Full Day....(Morning till night).... - $262.00
To view and print a contract for use click here.We request that prior
to rental we receive rent plus $40 for the bungalow.
The security deposit will be returned provided contractual agreements to care
for the property are maintained.
Property is owned by the non profit organization "Friends of the Meeting
House" and operated by volunteers.
Proceeds benefit the maintenance and restoration of the co-located historic
church building and Bungalow.
All rentals are subject to review and approval of the board
